KUM NYE
Kum Nye is a Tibetan Yoga practice introduced to North America in the 1970's by Rimpoche Tarthang Tulka, and is practiced worldwide. Kum Nye is part of a lineage which links Tibetanwith Chinese and Indian medical practices.
Kum Nye is a gentle healing system that relieves stress, transforms negative patterns, helps us to be more balanced and healthy, and increases our enjoyment and appreciation of life.
