What to Expect:

Kum Nye classes are a combination of movements, gestures (asana or poses) gentle breathing and mindfulness sitting. The foundation of Kum Nye is awareness of feeling. The movements and gestures are often quite simple, and rarely physically challenging. Kum Nye is not a practice for the physical body, it is a practice that helps dissolve tensions in the psychic or subtle energy body, leading to deep relaxation and integration; a feeling of wholeness and calm. 

What to Bring:

Wear loose comfortable clothing, layers and warm socks or slipper. You do not need to bring a yoga mat or other attire, 

Online:

We connect via Zoom. Make sure that you have an adequate internet, and a private time and space for the class, dress as above. If you are unfamiliar with zoom, acquaint yourself with the medium here. Please check in half an hour early for the first class if you haven't used this platform before. Classes will be recorded and can be viewed by particiapants for up to 30 days after the class.
