I find that I get lost in my thoughts frequently and this frustrates me.

The nature of the mind is directional and quick. The mind has the fastest frequency and therefore holds more of our attention. You might imagine that as we go lower into the body, the frequency is slower.
The goal of the practice is not to eliminate thought. In fact, the presence of thought can be an indicator that you are ready to go more deeply into feelings. At the very least, use your awareness of thought to take you deeper.
Every time you are aware of thinking, go in deeper. I also like the analogy of reading a book. We can drift off, but we can always return to the place on the page we last recall.
The body's language is different from the mind, and the mind is learning abut the wisdom of the body, learning to appreciate its language; the language of feeling.
